Along with the team I was lucky enough to secure some of James’ time over the last few weeks. Time where we got to look at how we can extract real value from LinkedIn. It would be easy to just say what a good craic the course was…..because it was! High energy, high engagement; good fun, but that was only part of it. The real value came from the learning and practical application of a new set of skills, and from understanding how the tool works and the different ways people use it. It was also one of the very few training/learning opportunities that I’ve had where the results of your tuition are immediately evident. Our LT at EyeOn had the pleasure of following James’ LinkedIn Accelerator course in early 2024. James manages to make each webinar personal, while still cramming in plenty of useful advice, tips & tricks. I particularly liked the indepth information on the pros & cons of various settings and his practical advice around doing clever searches. Management reporting was diligently prepared, and nudges for participants with limited progress were gentle and fair. All in all, the team thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and mentoring and are putting it all into practice to various degrees now to boost their own and EyeOn’s presence on LinkedIn. James knows how to convert someone’s ideas about web based networking. The course he offers is extremely informative and dives into everything you need to know about becoming LinkedIn Literate and how to use the platform to it’s best ability. As I said to him it is like teaching an old dog new tricks something we all know is not an easy feat. If you are looking to get your team using LinkedIn as effective tool look no further.
